| First United Methodist Church Saginaw, MI R.C. Hendrick & Son, Inc. was hired by First United Methodist Church to serve as Construction Manager for their $1.1 Million Project. Project Highlights: The project included an Expanded Narthex, Vaulted Ceilings with large gold hanging lights in Narthex. We also added nursery classrooms, a kitchenette, added an office wing, and changed the roof from flat to pitched in several areas for new overall appearance R.C. Hendrick was involved with the Architectural Design Phase and controlled both the Construction Budget and the Parish Budget as it pertained to the Project. |
St. John the Baptist Catholic Church Alpena, MI R.C. Hendrick & Son, Inc. was hired by St. John the Baptist Catholic Church to serve as Construction Manager for their $2.3 Million Project. The project included a new worship space, administrative offices and classrooms used for religious education, full kitchen remodel, and converting the existing worship space into a parish hall R.C. Hendrick was involved with the Architectural Design Phase and controlled both the Construction Budget and the Parish Budget as it pertained to the Project. |
Center for Ministry Saginaw, MI R.C. Hendrick & Son, Inc. was the General Contractor for the new Center for Ministry Project for the Catholic Diocese of Saginaw valued at $3.4 Million The project included Classroom Space, 38 Sleeping Rooms, a Catholic Bookstore, Full Service Kitchen and a Large Seminar Area used for conferences and mass for Nouvel Catholic Central. When the project was initially over-budget, R.C. Hendrick assisted with Value Engineering as a general contractor to get the project completed on-time and within the owner’s budget. Our project superintendent was extremely helpful to the owner and architect in their dealings with local and state agencies. |
