R.C. Hendrick & Son, Inc. was hired as both the General Contractor and Construction Manager for the 5-Phase Bavarian Inn Lodge Project.

Project Highlights:

• Phase I (1986) - $5 Million

100 guestrooms, indoor pool, restaurant, lounge, and banquet facilities.

• Phase II (1989) - $5 Million

98 guestrooms, second indoor pool, and a family fun center.

• Phase III (1995) - $14 Million

156 guestrooms, gift shop, another restaurant and lounge, third indoor pool, 18-hole indoor mini-golf course, and an addition to the family fun center.

• Phase IV (1998) - $3.5 Million

500-seat Conference Center

• Phase V (1999) - $1.5 Million
