Wildfire Credit Union – State Street Branch

R.C. Hendrick & Son, Inc. was hired to construct the new $2 Million 5,000 SF branch bank for Wildfire Credit Union in Saginaw Township, MI

Project Highlights:

The project included Structural Steel and Engineered Metal Studs, Brick Veneer, Standing Seam Metal Roof System, In-Floor Perimeter Radiant Heating System, and a state-of-the-art “City Multi” Heating and Air Conditioning System.

Lake Huron Credit Union

Saginaw, MI

R.C. Hendrick & Son, Inc. was the General Contractor for the $300,000 renovation of a 5,000SF branch bank for Lake Huron Credit Union in Saginaw Township, MI.

The project included the addition of 3 drive-thru lanes, new entrance addition, brick veneer/staining, structural steel, and engineered metal studs.  This was the 2nd project RCH has completed for Lake Huron Credit Union in the Saginaw area.

Catholic Federal Credit Union

Hampton Township, MI

R.C. Hendrick & Son, Inc. was the General Contractor for the $1 Million 3,600SF new branch bank for Catholic Federal Credit Union in Hampton Township, MI.

The project utilized a wood stud/truss interior system, brick veneer and EIFS exterior system, standing-seam metal roofing and numerous high-end finishes on the interior.  This project was completed on-time and under budget.
